2mm thickness in a high stretch neoprene by Cressi, who only use high quality materials and are well known for this in the diving industry. Seams are glued and a smooth-skin ankle seal improves warmth preventing water penetration at the ankle.

Handy Tip: Use 2mm thickness sox if 3mm sox are too tight in your foot pockets.
