Directions: Ensure repair area is clean and dry. Wet the two surfaces that need repairing with neoprene cement glue, keep apart until touch dry (around 3mins). Then carefully and precisely place the torn surfaces back together and apply pressure to ensure the glue on both surfaces bond, hold for 30 seconds and then leave to dry 12-24hours before use. No patch is required for small repairs of around 5cm or less.
