Once again NE winds continue to blow with long stretch of dirty vis lately, however strong spikes of southerly winds are forecasted to come through on Friday and Saturday night. With the diveable vis on the weekend, several kingfish from the 10-13kg mark were being caught all over sydney with some weighed in at the shop. Grab a buddy and go dive at your favourite hoodlum spot! Summer sales are on now and come on in store to grab your gear for fingers crossed what looks like a very promising summer ahead!

Local Spear Conditions - Tuesday 24th Feb 2015

Finally, after weeks and weeks of swell, bad vis and wind, there looks to finally be a reprieve. Swell is dropping all the way through till Saturday, coupled with South winds to push in the clear water for most of the remainder of the week, this looks weekend looks like it could be good for diving finally. The swell is forecast at 0.8 metres for Saturday with very very light winds. Sunday however is a tad bigger at 1.0 metre but with medium strength Southerly winds. Try jumping in at a protected spot if the wind bothers you, such as The Bower (back of Shelley Beach away from the Marine Park), Dee Why, Warriewood, South Whale Beach and South Palm Beach. We are hoping that this forecast will stay true and everyone finally gets in and re-stocks the freezers! Fingers crossed! Forecast courtesy of www.seabreeze.com.au
