Hey guys,
I'm going to sign up to my local gym/swimming pool really soon and I was wondering, what sort of exercises / activities I should try to get my breathing better, longer and more relaxed.
PS
I'm thinking of just doing laps, but with long breathes along the bottom of the pool.
