HI..

1. To avoid diseases like hepatitis and Typhoid, eat 5 basil leaves everyday.

2. For tooth ache, keep a clove on the affected area.

3. Have a mixture of gingelly oil and egg, for 3 days, for menstrual disorders.

4. You will get a great relief from menstrual pain , if you have a gooseberry daily.

5. Boil the leaf of Malabar nut, squeeze its juice and add egg white. It subsides cough.

6. Eat the powder of dried ginger and cumin with sugar for relief from cough.

7. Have the mixture of mustard paste and honey for good relief from cough.

8. For a good relief from cough, mix equal quantities of basil juice, honey and ajwain juice and drink on an empty stomach.

9. Are you suffering from urinary infection? Drink a glassful of water with a pinch of cardamom powder.

10. Have a mixture of lemon juice and honey when you are suffering from cold.

Myself Macki. from more days my cough never goes from my mouth.so i have done
that tips which you have given in second last post. thanks this really nice and great tips
i think this is healthy tips which is keeping away from diseases..

I am Mathew,Actually give me the proper tips for seafood,I have problem that my body is very slim and waight is very low so which food is good for my health.which type of seafood to eat give me some suggestion..

Hi everone
I am a non vegetarian and takes see foods 4 times in week. I eared that see food is improve your memory and also usually health. I advice to all this user that you must have see food once in a weak. It is very good for health. Some sea food include like scrout fish is best one the see food. It has good proteins, Celery. Japanese takes see food that why that why they are good in electronics market.

These health tips given by you is really helpful and good also, It is really helpful for every one. I always use dried ginger powder and cumin with sugar for relief from cough.I hope that many people will also like these tips.

From this tips I came how much sea food are good for health.
Till now I didn't eat sea food but from today I will eat.
