seeings as i have access to net at the moment it would be a good time to do the comp report.
i appologise to those that have waited patiently as i havent had access to net a great deal of late.
we had a good turn out on the day and heard a number of great quality fish seen, hunted and chased on the day including late season spanish, coronation trout, trout and a number of bread and butter fish.
we saw a number of fish come in that are on the exclusion list including crays and squid and saw a number of fish come in just under the minimum wiegh in for that species (although well and truly legal for the specie).
the One fish that did weigh was a cracking fish that will be both a club record and a personal best that will be hard to beat.
chris shot this superb leopard trout out of a very unusual spot indeed that pulled the scales down to 7.88Kgs! congratulations Chriss, a superb fish! chris's previus personal best trout was around 1.5 kgs im lead to believe, testiment to the rapid development of his diving in the last 6-12 months.
over all everyone seemed to have fun in the sunny conditions and slightly rough seas, it was good to see everyone hang around so long in after the comp talking and having a laugh.
cheers to everyone that made the day happen.
unfortunatly i cannot get pictures up on extreeme but the other spear forums do have pics if you visit them.
